REALTOR ENTRY:
For entry to Seabrook Island, Real Estate agents must show their valid SC real estate license at the gate pass facility and pay the commercial access daily fee. Realtors may also purchase a SIPOA annual commercial barcode for island access. A Town of Seabrook Island business license is required for realtors providing services on Seabrook Island. It is preferred that real estate clients ride in the same vehicle as the agent, but if clients follow the agent into the community, the agent must accompany the client for the duration of their visit.
REAL ESTATE / BANK / INSURANCE APPRAISERS:
Appraisers must go to the gate pass facility and present a work order to inspect a specific address. Commercial access gate fees apply.
